The South Christian Girls Varsity Basketball team defeated Holland Christian 70-39 on Friday night to claim the District Championship. This is the Sailors third consecutive District crown. The Sailors were led by 21 points and 5 triples from Lizzie Wolthuis. Meredith Helmus added 17 points. SC moves their record to 24-0 and advances to the Regional Semifinals on Monday night against 18-6 Plainwell at 7pm at Otsego High School.
