The South Christian Varsity Boys Volleyball team traveled south to Battle Creek and Kellogg Arena on Friday and Saturday to participate in the Final 4 of the first ever MHSAA Boys Volleyball Tournament. The Sailors defeated Walled Lake Central in straight sets on Friday night to advance to the Division 2 Finals against top ranked Lowell. SC played a great match on Saturday afternoon as the points in each set went back and forth. Lowell won the first two sets but SC claimed the third set to force a fourth set. Lowell came away with the fourth set and the match but the effort from the Sailors and Coach Udell was tremendous. Thank you to Coach Udell and the rest of the coaching staff and our athletes on a historic season. Go Sailors!
