Regional Soccer Friday night at 6pm

After beating Marshall 2-0 on Tuesday night, the girls soccer team is now preparing for a rematch with Unity Christian on Friday night at 6pm for the Regional championship.  Our two teams played to a 1-1 tie early this season.  Plan on showing up at Unity Christian’s field on 48th street for the 6pm start

Boys golf wins districts

The mighty Sailors took home the first place trophy today at their golf district.  Playing at Clearbrook golf course in Holland, the boys shot a 322 (5 players playing 18 holes).  Second place went to East GR with a 331.  Leading the way for the Sailors, Ben Cook shot 74 and was the overall best

South Christian Wins 8-0 Against Fennville

In the first round of districts for girls soccer on Tuesday night, the Sailors come out strong with a big win over Fennville. They ended with a 8-0 win consisting of three goals scored by senior, Jayne Kessel. Adding to the goals was Kayla Diemer with two goals and an assist, along with Morgan Torres,

South Christian Softball Moves On In Distrists

Tuesday night’s game ended well for the Sailors. Anna Timmer pitched a great game that helped lead the way for the lady Sailors to move on to round two in Division 2 districts. They defeated Middleville TK 4-2 and now play Wayland at 10 a.m. on Saturday at South Christian’s Sports Park.

Sailors Fall to Middleville TK in Round One of Districts

Last night was a tough loss for the varsity baseball team. Trying to fend off Middleville TK to move on in districts, the Sailors gave up six runs and struggled at bat with nine strike outs and only five hits. They ended in a 6-4 defeat after a well played season.
